Let&#8217;s Talk!<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills\/Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills<\/li><li>Goal oriented, highly motivated, and resourceful to achieve results<\/li><li>Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy<\/li><li>Ability to create and maintain business relationships with prospects and policyholders<\/li><li>Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior<\/li><li>Fundamental understanding of office technology used by small business<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience and Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Customer Service Experience (prior experience preferred)<\/li><li>Knowledge of Personal Lines, Life Insurance, and\/or Commercial Lines products (preferred)<\/li><li>Property and Casualty license a plus<\/li><li>High School Diploma or GED<\/li><li>Associates or Bachelor\u2019s Degree (preferred)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Related Training\/Licensing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Must have the ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license within the first year of hire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide service to the public and policyholders in a pleasant and courteous manner<\/li><li>Be able to communicate clearly and professionally<\/li><li>Prepare forms and endorsements when required<\/li><li>Perform Billing and Customer Service duties in a timely and efficient manner<\/li><li>Meet customer service goals and assist with marketing goals<\/li><li>Be able to successfully navigate our Agency Management System and Carrier Websites<\/li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned <strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pay and Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salary will be based on experience, with the ability to advance based on performance and license.
