Any business activity involving fireworks is going to cause a big problem if a loss occurs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Who Is Injured Issue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Injuries to yourself or others in your household are not covered because Medical Payments and Liability coverage is designed to handle loss suffered by persons outside of your household.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Intentional Loss Issue<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-244 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.insuringky.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/fireworksax.png\" alt=\"Fireworks enter at your own risk\" width=\"168\" height=\"153\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If an injury or damage to property is not an accident, there\u2019s no coverage. Tossing a firecracker or aiming a bottle rocket at another person could be considered deliberate, even when no injury was intended. Deliberate acts and their consequences are commonly excluded by\u00a0homeowners\u00a0policies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So when dealing with fireworks, make sure they\u2019re legal, that they\u2019re used carefully and only for entertainment.
